Every home offers two rates.
Refundable rate
Free to cancel until five days before check-in. 25% is paid when you book; the balance is charged automatically on the day the booking stops being refundable.
Non-refundable rate
Paid in full when you book. It is not refunded if you cancel, but you may change the dates subject to availability and any difference in price.
Extras
Extras are refunded in full if cancelled before the day they apply to.
