Your booking
A booking is confirmed when payment is received and you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Prices are shown in your chosen currency for convenience; the amount charged is stated in the home's currency above the payment button.
Occupancy and conduct
Only registered guests may stay. No parties or events, no smoking indoors, quiet after 11pm. Guest identification is required before arrival as regulation requires.
Damage
A refundable hold is placed before arrival. Damage beyond normal wear is charged against it with evidence.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the stay, save where the law provides otherwise.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
