Great place in the best location in Dubai for frequent visitors. Connected by elevator to one the best gyms in the city, supermarkets, pharmacy, hairdressers and a healthy restaurant (and the rest of the Dubai mall as well). Among the many airbnbs in the building this has the easiest check-in, qr codes scattered around the house to explain how everything works, a well-equipped kitchen and good wifi. 10/10

المكان نظيف ورائع ، الاثاث والمرفقات مكتملة ، المطبخ مجهز بكل ادوات الطبخ والحمام فيه مرفقات الشاور ، العمارة نظيف ومرتبه والدخول والخرج سهل ، في خروج على شارع زعبيل وفيه مخرج على دبي مول مباشره ، فيها باركنق ، تكفي اكثر من ٣ اشخاص او ٥ اذا معكم اطفال.

In from 15:00, out by 11:00. In from 3pm, out by 11am. Self check-in with a code. Guest ID is required before arrival and we ask for it by message.

No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Quiet after 11pm. A refundable card hold covers damage, released after check-out.

- House Rules: We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday home and kindly ask you to observe the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: - This is a holiday home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care and respect. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. - Parties, photoshoots, and pets are not allowed. We strive to maintain a calm and serene atmosphere for all our guests. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in a charge to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorizing. - Lost keys/access cards will incur a charge. Please keep your keys and access cards safe to avoid this fee. - Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra fee. Please let us know if you require these services. Check-in / Check-out Check-in method: The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 09:00 PM Kindly inform us of your anticipated arrival time well in advance to facilitate the collection of building access cards. A designated representative will personally meet you to provide the cards. Guests arriving between 09:00 PM to Midnight will incur an additional charge of 50 AED for checking in outside of the designated hours. After these hours, it will be a NO SHOW. We look forward to welcoming you during these hours. - Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask you to adhere to this time to allow us to prepare the space for the next guests. - Last-minute booking extensions on the same day will result in additional cleaning charges. Please notify us in advance if you wish to extend your stay. - Late check-out is not permitted. A one-night fee will be charged if check-out is delayed beyond the designated time.
