Laya was very responsive, and very helpful with any request. The place was exactly as in the pictures, very clean, good location with a nice view from the balcony.

Emplacement très bien ! Cependant il faut préciser que la 2 eme chambre à coucher ne possède pas de fenêtre , ni de climatisation. Nous n’avions pas de batch de parking et il fallait à chaque entrée demandé aux gardiens de bien vouloir ouvrir la porte du garage. Le salon est grand avec une belle cuisine. Merci de bien vouloir informer quand il y aura un exercice incendie dans l’immeuble. Nous avons pris nos affaires et avons quitté l’appartement pour apprendre que c’était un exercice ! C’est au loueur de nous le dire . Nous étions les seuls à pas savoir.

Just 14 minutes away from Al Murjan is the Mall of the Emirates, one of the most popular shopping malls globally.
