We take guest comfort very seriously and responded promptly to your concerns regarding the air conditioning. Upon inspection, the AC units were found to be operational. However, during periods of extreme summer temperatures in Dubai, cooling performance can sometimes take longer to achieve individual comfort preferences. In an effort to ensure you and your family had a comfortable stay, our team offered several solutions, including alternative accommodation options and a complimentary one-night stay. When you ultimately decided that an early departure would be best for your family, we respected your decision and processed a refund for the unused nights, despite the reservation being booked under a non-refundable policy.
