The apartment was very good! Before booking, I read some reviews mentioning issues with the AC, so I was a bit worried. But when I arrived, the AC worked perfectly and kept the place cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just as described. The location was also great. Overall, a very pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!

My stay at this apartment in Downtown Dubai was fantastic from start to finish. The location is unbeatable — steps away from major attractions, great restaurants, and the iconic Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Despite being in such a central area and a building with many apartments, it was surprisingly quiet and felt very safe, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. All the amenities were in perfect working order and thoughtfully provided — I truly felt at home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!

In from 15:00, out by 11:00. In from 3pm, out by 11am. Self check-in with a code. Guest ID is required before arrival and we ask for it by message.

- House Rules: We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday home and kindly ask you to observe the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: - This is a holiday home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care and respect. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. - Parties, photoshoots, and pets are not allowed. We strive to maintain a calm and serene atmosphere for all our guests. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in a charge to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorizing. - Lost keys/access cards will incur a charge. Please keep your keys and access cards safe to avoid this fee. - Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra fee. Please let us know if you require these services. Check-in / Check-out Check-in method: The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 09:00 PM Kindly inform us of your anticipated arrival time well in advance to facilitate the collection of building access cards. A designated representative will personally meet you to provide the cards. Guests arriving between 09:00 PM to Midnight will incur an additional charge of 50 AED for checking in outside of the designated hours. After these hours, it will be a NO SHOW. We look forward to welcoming you during these hours. - Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask you to adhere to this time to allow us to prepare the space for the next guests. - Last-minute booking extensions on the same day will result in additional cleaning charges. Please notify us in advance if you wish to extend your stay. - Late check-out is not permitted. A one-night fee will be charged if check-out is delayed beyond the designated time.
