Great location, facilities and price.
Great location, plenty of space, great communication and good price
Could be better: Swimming pool area outside was being redeveloped..wasn’t made aware of that. Apartment a bit tired.. could do with a refurb.

Location is good but the apartment was not as expected no reply on messages, food left in fridge, dirty sofas in general the place was not clean

هذه ثاني مره اسكن بنفس الشقة بصراحه شقة جميله ونظيفة ومتوفر فيها كل شي من ادوات المطبخ وأدوات الحمام وايضا المناشف النظيفة، وايضا يتميز بنظافة الأسرة واسعة جداً للعلم احنا 5 افراد موقعها مميز جدا بإطلالة جزئية على النافورة، بجانب برج خليفة تماماً . تسجيل الدخول والخروج دائماً سهل ، موقف السيارة قريب من المصعد المؤدي إلى الشقة ، شقة مميزة خاصة في الاجواء الحالية تمشي لبرج خليفة انت وعائلتك بدون الحاجة لاستخدام السيارة .
