  I had a really nice stay at this Airbnb. The location was very good and convenient, and the apartment was spacious and well maintained. Everything was as expected and worked well throughout the stay. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. I’d be happy to stay here again.

  Lejligheden i sig selv var helt fin og levede op til beskrivelsen. Der var intet at udsætte på boligen som sådan. Desværre har oplevelsen samlet set været meget dårlig på grund af værtens håndtering og den ekstremt mangelfulde kommunikation. Allerede i forbindelse med reservationen opstod der problemer, da vi blev bedt om at uploade billeder af vores pas i et Google Docs-dokument. Af hensyn til privatliv og datasikkerhed ønskede vi ikke at dele personlige dokumenter via en ekstern platform. Vi gjorde derfor værten opmærksom på dette og bad om en alternativ løsning via Airbnb-platformen. Værten svarede imidlertid ikke, hvilket efterlod os i en uafklaret og utryg situation. Generelt har kommunikationen med værten været yderst utilfredsstillende. Jeg har stillet få og meget simple spørgsmål i forbindelse med opholdet, som burde kunne besvares hurtigt og uden problemer. Alligevel har jeg flere gange oplevet at skulle vente over et døgn på svar, og i ét tilfælde næsten tre dage. Dette har
