The apartment is awesome. Very well located and connected to Dubai Mall. Direct view to Burj Khalifa. Amazing. Is spacious and has everything you need. Very clean Thank you we had a fantastic time

Beautiful apartment and helpful host. Views are great you can see Burj Khalifa from every room and the balcony has immaculate views. Highly recommended

The view of Burj Khalifa from this apartment was breathtaking! The place was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful. Perfect location for exploring Dubai. Highly recommend!

In from 15:00, out by 11:00. In from 3pm, out by 11am. Self check-in with a code. Guest ID is required before arrival and we ask for it by message.

No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Quiet after 11pm. A refundable card hold covers damage, released after check-out.

- House Rules: We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday home and kindly ask you to observe the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: - This is a holiday home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care and respect. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. - Parties, photoshoots, and pets are not allowed. We strive to maintain a calm and serene atmosphere for all our guests. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in a charge to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorizing. - Lost keys/access cards will incur a charge. Please keep your keys and access cards safe to avoid this fee. - Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra fee. Please let us know if you require these services. Check-in / Check-out Check-in method: The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 09:00 PM Kindly inform us of your anticipated arrival time well in advance to facilitate the collection of building access cards. A designated representative will personally meet you to provide the cards. Guests arriving between 09:00 PM to Midnight will incur an additional charge of 50 AED for checking in outside of the designated hours. After these hours, it will be a NO SHOW. We look forward to welcoming you during these hours. - Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask you to adhere to this time to allow us to prepare the space for the next guests. - Last-minute booking extensions on the same day will result in additional cleaning charges. Please notify us in advance if you wish to extend your stay. - Late check-out is not permitted. A one-night fee will be charged if check-out is delayed beyond the designated time.
