  We are above and beyond happy with our stay! Spotlessly clean! Very peaceful design. Everything is up to date from furniture to bedding. Only minor improvement would be: The sofa. Its not comfortable to sit on for longer times. More like a chair. And the balcony is small. Once you put your clothing rack there, you can use it just for that. Hanging clothes. But these 2 minor things are nothing to the added value of the apartment, the building amenities 😍 and the view omg 😍. Also our concierge Varun was extremely helpful and kind. He waited in the middle of the night to receive us for check in and made sure everything was sorted till the very end. We will definitely be back!

  Great location and comfort, but housekeeping and customer service need improvement.

  The location is excellent, it's just about 8 minutes to Dubai Mall and 10 minutes to Burj Khalifa. There’s a supermarket only a 1-minute walk away, with several restaurants nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The apartment is also close to the Dubai Canal, and the stunning Tolerance Bridge (with its beautiful purple/blue arch) is right there which is perfect for photos, especially in the evening. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and all the electronic appliances work perfectly. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-located place to stay.

  Could be better: Since it’s an apartment, you’re expected to manage your own cleanliness. There is no routine housekeeping, so bedsheets and towels are not changed during the entire week, which can feel a bit awkward for longer stays. The shower and bathtub work well, but the floor can be slippery, so extra caution is needed to avoid accidents. I visited during the Dubai winter season, when nights are quite cold, and the bedding provided was rather thin and not warm enough for the colder nights. The service desk operates online via WhatsApp, but responses can be quite slow — sometimes taking almost a full day. Overall, I did not enjoy the customer service experience, as communication and response times were not as prompt as expected.

As this is a serviced apartment rather than a hotel, routine housekeeping, linen changes, and additional bedding are not included as standard and are available upon request at an additional charge. These options were shared at the time of your inquiry. Your late-night arrival (2 am) was accommodated smoothly once the pre check-in formalities were completed, and access was provided without issue. The security deposit was also processed and returned after checkout as per procedure. We’re sorry to hear that the responsiveness did not meet your expectations and would be open to understanding where you felt the delays occurred so we can continue improving our service and look forward to hosting you again.
