Un ottimo appartamento in posizione comoda per girare la città
La posizione vicino alla Metro Red1, come alla zona di downtown (20min a piedi) e con 10 minuti in più si arriva al Burj Kalifa e al Dubai Mall. La casa è in ordine, con qualche ritocco da fare come rimettere a posto il sistema di apertura delle tende, la luce esterna sul terrazzo è rotta, la tavoletta del water da bloccare, qualche piccolo segno sui muri che andrebbero tinteggiati. Ottima sia la palestra che soprattutto la piscina esterna con acqua tiepida per cui un invito a fare il bagno.
Could be better: Siccome il palazzo è chiuso da altri grattacieli, l'appartamento è un po' buio a tal punto che sia al mattino fino alle 10, sia al pomeriggio dopo le 16 bisogna accendere la luce. Altra cosa che disturba è il sottofondo del traffico che ti rimane nelle orecchie tutta la notte per cui il sonno non è tranquillo. Peccato. Mi rendo conto che il traffico non è responsabilità dei gestori dell' apt, ma può essere un problema per chi occupa la casa. Inoltre ci sono dei rumori al mattino presto subito dopo le 6.30am quando il cantiere sotto cominciava a lavorare.
