  Nice stay at the apartment. We enjoyed the coffee place nearby, the environment is pleasant, and the apartment was exactly as described.

  Not comfortable

  Could be better: The room had an unpleasant odor, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit was very noisy.

An early check-in was requested; however, as the apartment had a back-to-back booking, our team was completing the required cleaning and preparation. We did our best to accommodate and provided access shortly after the necessary check-in formalities, ID verification, and security deposit were completed. When the concern about odor was raised, our team offered to attend immediately to refresh the apartment, though this was deferred. The following day, comments regarding the mattress and air conditioning were shared, and we requested a suitable time to inspect; however, we were unable to arrange access before checkout. The apartment and AC were subsequently checked and found to be functioning properly. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us continue refining our service and guest experience.

  The host & the team were very helpful. Responsive and available whenever i need them. Check-in was seamless and the guest services team members were hospitable! They also offer Airport pick up & drop which i used to get back to the airport. I was offered an option of daily housekeeping too which i didn't need but was surprised to knw that they have these and more such services to offer.

  Lovely stay!

  I stayed in this place for a month after trying 3 different short terms rentals in Dubai. What I loved about it is that is so well equipped (I love cooking), clean and thoughtfully decorated that I have enjoyed so much! Building is among the best ones in JVC (check google reviews) it is spotless and security guards were kind. Very good building management. Also, BNBmehomes is well organized company (like I said I tried 3 others in Dubai) and previously felt like hit or miss, and BNB is very organized (special thanks to Sarbjeet Singh) who answered within a minute to some questions I had. This is rare, and I was grateful to her speed and quality of an answer. Also when I arrived there was a cute Christmas tree, which tells me they are culturally aware and for expat being away from home is hard so seeing that tree which seems like a small detail, was so important and nice. If it was closer to my university I would have rented this place for a year. You will not make mistake booking it! It’s brand new and wonderful. Also there is running tracks and park near by 2-3 minutes walk and it is very quiet neighborhood. Also, it has great gym, courtyard area, and pool.

  everything was perfect, the apartment was occupied by all necessary needs to stay for long or short stay, Mr. Sarbjeet was very nice and cooperative, he responded to my messages immediately anytime.
