  كانت اقامة مثالية، المكان واسع ونظيف واطلالة جميلة جدا على البحر بالاضافة الى توفر مسبح ومواقف سيارة مظللة.. المضيف كان متعاون وسريع التجاوب.. سأكرر التجربة وانصح بها..

  Не советую

  Could be better: Безответственный хозяин, который не проверяет апартаменты перед сдачей, не устраняет проблемы и не считает нужным возвращать деньги, если апартаменты не пригодны для проживания. Заселение в апартаменты было без хозяина, дверь открывалась по коду, который нам прислали. Сразу при входе нас встретил резкий запах канализации. В одной душевой комнате с потолка капала вода и, видимо, не один день. Стояла большая лужа, сильно воняло на всю квартиру. Сообщили сразу хозяину, он прислал нам консьержа и сантехника для осмотра. Они осмотрели и сказали, что протечку нужно устранять у соседей сверху, но сроки ремонта не сообщили, сказали, что возможно завтра, но не точно. Мы отписались хозяину, что будем искать новое жилье, так как это не пригодно для проживания. Мы вынуждены были снять другие апартаменты в соседнем доме и переехать. Просили через букинг разобраться в ситуации и вернуть нам деньги за непригодное к проживанию жилье, но т.к. хозяин повторно отказался возвращать нам деньги, букинг ничего не смог сделать. Отдых в итоге вышел нам в два раза дороже. Не советую снимать эти апартаменты.

We made every effort to address the problem promptly and make your stay as comfortable as possible. However, as stated in our listing, cancellations cannot be processed at the at the last minute as per our refund policy.   The stay was excellent. Very nice place, enjoyed the morning walks and the excellent balcony view.

  Breakfast is not included, nearest Indian restaurant is 2.5 km away

  Could be better: Was difficult to locate the garbage chutes, could have been better if there was small note in the kitchen on where to find it. Also the apartment says it’s 3 bedroom, in theory was only 2 bedroom one maid room with bunk bed.

Regarding the garbage chutes, information on how to locate them is provided in the info pack shared during check-in. We also share a video guide on how to reach them. If you had informed us of the difficulty during your stay, we would have been happy to assist you further. As for the apartment's bedrooms, the pictures in the listing clearly depict that the third bedroom has a bunk bed, not a standard bed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
