Could be better: تسجيل الدخول وتسجيل الخروج ليس مرنا حيث اضطررت للانتظار عند تسجيل الدخول إلى الساعة 3 مساء بينما مكان الإقامة كان جاهزا واظطررت للخروج 11 صباحا رغم أنّ مكان الاقامة متاحا

Unfortunately, due to prior bookings, we were unable to offer an early check-in, though we would have been happy to if the apartment had been available.
