  The apartment did not fully meet our expectations. The AC was not cooling the rooms properly, and there was an unpleasant smell in the living room. Overall, the stay was below expectations.

  اقامتي كنت جدا سي بسبب اعطال اهم مافي الشقة التكيف الميكروف وعدم تجواب المسؤولين عن الشقة

  Could be better: طاقم العمل والموظفين مافي استجابة عند طلب المساعدة في اعطال مكيفات الشقة خربنة وغير باردة ميكرويف لا يعمل وكذلك مافي خدمة نقل العفش من السيارة للشقة وقعت ثلاثة أيام كل مااطلب من الموظفين تصليح الأعطال يقلون بنرسل لك احد يجي ومايجي احد الي ان انتهت فترت إقامتنا

Firstly, the air conditioning system was fully operational, and as a common practice, it functions effectively only when all doors and windows are closed; Our maintenance person observed that you left them open, preventing the AC from cooling properly. Secondly, the microwave was in perfect working condition prior to your arrival, and unfortunately, it was damaged during your stay, requiring us to replace it. Lastly, as a holiday home, we do not offer luggage transfer services like hotels. When you told us about the AC issues, our staff quickly responded and our maintenance team took care of your concerns as soon as possible. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive for excellence.

  المنطقه جدا هاديه بعيده عن صخب المدينه ..جنب السكن جيان سوبرماركت في حال الواحد احتاج اشياء للافطار في مخبز صغير داخله ..المطبخ مجهز بالكامل

  Could be better: في تشديد على التشيك ان والتشيك اوت ..وصلنا الساعه 1:30 رفضو يدخلونا لين الساعه 3 بحجة التنظيف ..والتشيك اوت عندهم على ال 11 اي دقيقه زياده ينحسب عليك يوم زياده ..

Regarding check-in and check-out, we understand the importance of flexibility and strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible. However, our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm, and as we had back-to-back bookings, we needed the time to thoroughly clean the apartment before your arrival. For check-out, our standard time is 11:00 am, but we are often able to offer a later check-out time of 12:00 pm if we receive prior notice. This allows us to schedule our cleaning team efficiently and prepare the apartment for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding of these policies, which are in place to ensure the best experience for all our guests. Thank you for your feedback.
