  Ubytovani odpovida popisu i fotografiim, byt je zcela novy, v cerstve dostavene 9 patrove budove. Lokalita je pro nas asi jedna z nejlepsich v Dubai (1km od Madinat Jumeirah a Burj Al Arab), relativne blizko plaz, nejste mezi mrakodrapy a hned za domem je sdileny bazen, ktery byl po vetsinu casu neobsazeny. Aktualne je jedina nevyhoda probihajici stavba na druhe strane domu (smerem k balkonum), nicmene vetsina budov se jiz dokoncuje a majitel ubytovani o tom informoval v popisu. S majitelem jsme jeste resili mirny zapach odpanich kanalku v byte, ale slibil vse proverit a opravit. Ubytovani muzeme rozhodne doporucit ... v teto lokalite se tezko hleda lepsi pomer cena vs kvalita.

  مكان جميل للعوائل وقريب من الكايت بيتش والجميرا لمحبين اجواء الكورنيش مناسب جدا

  We had a great stay in this brand-new apartment, located in a modern complex with access to a well-equipped fitness room. Ultima Stay was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. The lobby staff and security guards were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location is excellent—only a 10-minute walk to the beach and the Burj Al Arab. The only minor downside is a construction site in front of the apartment, as the Al Jazi residence is still being completed, but this did not significantly affect our overall experience.

  المكان جديد و نظيف ومريح ويناسب العائلة. لكن حول السكن أعمال بناء كثيرة . ولم يسكن غيرنا في هذه المنطقة
