  I live in Dubai and time to time like to change my routine with changing my location. This time I stayed in the east beach of the palm Jumeirah. This apartment is just perfect for family. The community is clean, looks newly renovated, the amenities and private beach is well maintained with a service from the hotel. You living in apartment feeling like you’re at home and yet you have a hotel service at your doorstep. The host is responsive and helpful even though you have everything you need inside the apartment. Apartment has an amazing sea view and one more important point is there is a bunch of restaurants next to the building and the Nakheel Mall is across the street.

  hot and cold wasn't working, no choice but did a cold shower than nothing

When the hot water issue was raised, our engineering team attended and confirmed that hot water was functioning in the bathroom. The kitchen concern was noted, and as discussed during the visit, the repair was scheduled for after checkout based on your preference. Had we known this would impact your stay to this extent, we would have ensured it was addressed immediately.
