Awesome place to stay in Dubai
The apartment is great, we loved everything. It was quiet inside so we got good night sleep. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and have own toilets with showers. Communication with the host was very efficient and friendly, so was the concierge service of the building. We enjoyed the services in the building such as pool, gym and kids playroom. We also visited the restaurants in the building. Tram stop is just next to the house. Overall, it was very comfortable and convenient to stay here for 2 weeks!

Perfect 4 day stay in dubai.
Upscale building.. centrally located The apartment is very spacious and perfect if you have domestic help. Can cater for 6 people easily. The host was extremely responsive and took care of all our needs. Great view from the apartment of the golf course

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, not just during the booking process, but throughout our whole stay with any questions we had. With our arrival time being around 2am, the host met us at the apartment, helped with our baggage and showed us in. Location is great to get around Dubai, with most of your main tourist areas easily accessible. The apartment matched the photos and description perfectly, as very clean on arrival and we had no issues whilst staying there. The building is split between residential and hotel, so if you want amenities on your door step this is great too. I used the gym daily which for a hotel gym was decent, the small shop which is part of the building was great, staff were brilliant with fresh coffee and smoothies on offer too, as well as delivery to your door. Couldn’t fault a thing and would definitely stay again

My family and I had a great stay here. Although it wasn't perfect, when issues were brought to their attention, they made an effort to fix them immediately. This place is conveniently located close to the tram making it easy to travel without a car. It is also close to the mall and beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful always. I would recommend any family to stay here.

Please treat the space with care and respect. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. - Parties, photoshoots, and pets are not allowed. We strive to maintain a calm and serene atmosphere for all our guests. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in a charge to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorizing. - Lost keys/access cards will incur a charge. Please keep your keys and access cards safe to avoid this fee. - Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra fee. Please let us know if you require these services. Check-in / Check-out - The standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM but please be aware that key cards can only be collected between 09:00 am - 11:00 pm on your check-in day. - Arrivals after 11:00 PM will be considered a NO SHOW. - Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask you to adhere to this time to allow us to prepare the space for the next guests. - Last-minute booking extensions will result in additional cleaning charges.
