Lovely location.gorgeous views, comfortable and problems were addressed thanks to a Sarbjeet Singh
Stunning views and location. Pool and beach amazing. Poolside restaurant beautiful but disappointed didn’t do breakfast mid week. Hotel attached to resort was beautiful and can have breakfast at a cost. Apartment was easy to access as landed very late. Full instructions sent. Lovely comfortable beds. Loads of towels. Gorgeous location
Could be better: Very dated kitchen which needs addressing. Oven was dirty. Fridge freezer was broken resulting in a lot of thrown out food. After 3 times saying it it fixed it wasn’t. However when escalated a lady called Sarbjeet Singh arranged a new fridge to be delivered and helped us to continue to enjoy our holiday. More information on stay is needed. Where rubbish goes? Parking ? Passes ? Where, how , what beach access etc only one pass worked. Cleaning balcony glass would improve view. Great stay over all and really helpful staff at reception who got a wheelchair for my partner. Big thanks to them. 👍

Great location with excellent amenities -the complex has direct beach access, a pool, gym, and kids club. The apartment itself is a bit dated, and some appliances (fridge, microwave, etc.) had issues during our stay. Also, the bathroom light would turn on whenever the kitchen light was used. They sent someone to fix it but it was still on and off. Overall, fantastic facilities but the apartment could use some maintenance.

In from 15:00, out by 11:00. In from 3pm, out by 11am. Self check-in with a code. Guest ID is required before arrival and we ask for it by message.

- What is the neighbourhood like?
- The Palm Jumeirah is considered to be the 8th World Wonder, and you will realize that it really is when you get to see it. The Palm has some of the finest hotels in the world ranging from the One and Only, Waldorf Astoria, Anantara, W Hotels, and the famous Atlantis. You can go to Vista Mare for drinks and dinner or head to El Chiringuito, a day club. Another suggestion would be The Pointe with a wide range of restaurants and the view of the canal and The Atlantis hotel. If you want to take the kids to the magical Atlantis hotel and swim with the dolphins or even better slide through the sharks, this is the place to be.
