This is an amazing location , has eveything in one place , private beach , amazing restaurant and 5 min walk to Palm Jumeriah Mall. Highly recommend the property.

Nice place however the host needs to improve his services
The location, the view from the balcony and the pool area
Could be better: The embarrassing situation of getting access to the pool area The fault of missing hot water in the bathrooms The cleanliness of the floor and the very hard mattress in bed

Unfortunately the host does not respond, despite asking for an early check in 3 weeks in advance. Arriving to the apartment at 4pm (check in time as per booking) the host STILL did not give any access code information. Only to find the cleaners arriving at 4:05pm to start cleaning then. Meaning there was zero respect of my request, completely false check in timings as we only get into the room after the cleaners. I had arrived to the building at 12 noon , calling and messaging the host on the number she gave me, air b n b messaging- no communication or even a call back. To arrive into the apartment, leaking showers in both bathrooms, cockroach in the toilet, 2 bedrooms and living room AC was not working, not registered as guests in the building so we had complaints EVERY time we tried to use the swimming pool. Very unpleasant stay.

we asked several times about Building and parking access cards, and she said that they will provide it, until we check out of the property no building and access card has been given.

Cancellation
Free to cancel until five days before check-in on the refundable rate. The non-refundable rate is not refunded.
Check-in
In from 15:00, out by 11:00. In from 3pm, out by 11am. Self check-in with a code. Guest ID is required before arrival and we ask for it by message.

No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Quiet after 11pm. A refundable card hold covers damage, released after check-out.

- - Strictly No Smoking and No parties - As per the Dubai laws, an additional Dubai Tourism Fee amount of AED 15 per night stay is chargeable. This amount can be transferred once booking is confirmed and before check in. - Additional Fee for pets is applicable as 100 USD for cleaning and an additional 1,000 AED refundable deposit.
- What is the neighbourhood like?
- The Palm Jumeirah is considered to be the 8th World Wonder, and you will realize that it really is when you get to see it. The Palm has some of the finest hotels in the world ranging from the One and Only, Waldorf Astoria, Anantara, W Hotels, and the famous Atlantis. You can go to Vista Mare for drinks and dinner or head to El Chiringuito, a day club. Another suggestion would be The Pointe with a wide range of restaurants and the view of the canal and The Atlantis hotel. If you want to take the kids to the magical Atlantis hotel and swim with the dolphins or even better slide through the sharks, this is the place to be.
