Could be better: Bett war kaputt, Balkontür schließt nicht, sehr laut im Zimmer, Waschbecken läuft nicht richtig ab Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat nicht funktioniert

Regarding the airport pick-up, we found that while your husband had enquired about the service, it was not confirmed or paid for, which is why it was not arranged. We regret any inconvenience caused but are glad you were able to arrange alternative transportation. During your stay, no issues were highlighted during our courtesy call, and we were pleased to hear your kind words about our team's friendliness and availabilty. Following your feedback, we inspected the bed and balcony door, both of which were found to be in working condition. The sink stopper issue has since been resolved. We understand that traffic noise can sometimes be noticeable especially if the balcony door is left open and apologize if it affected your comfort. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’ll continue working to improve our guest experience. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future.
