  The place is a great location for Metro and access to Marina and surrounds. Host was responsive, had one maintenance issue but it was fixed very efficiently.

  Stay was average as compare to other places where i stayed . But morning time receptionist is good guy . he was very helpfull .

  I am completely dissatisfied with my stay in the apartment I booked. There was no running water, the hot water was out of order, and the elevator and parking were out of service, causing significant inconvenience. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far short of basic accommodation standards. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved appropriately.

The apartment is newly renovated. A hot water issue was reported late at night and was attended to immediately by the maintenance team. As per building regulations, certain repairs are not permitted during nighttime, and it was resolved at the earliest possible time. Water pressure was checked and confirmed to be normal. The building has shared elevators, which may be busy during peak hours, as it is a residential tower and does not have private elevators for individual apartments. Regarding parking, clear instructions were provided on how to use the parking access card. At checkout, the guest waited at the exit barrier without using the card and was subsequently assisted by building security. We understand that occasional issues may arise, as this is a home away from home. What matters most is that these issues are addressed promptly and resolved efficiently, which our team always strives to do. We also hope our guests provide transparent and honest feedback, as this helps us continue improving our service and ensures reviews accurately reflect the stay experience. We appreciate your comments and look forward to welcoming future guests for a seamless and comfortable stay.

  ​I have stayed in many places, but this was truly the ULTIMATE STAY. While the property itself was stunning, it was the hosting that elevated this from a great trip to an unforgettable one. I cannot say enough good things about the host. From the moment I booked, the communication was seamless, warm, and professional.

  The person navigating you into the home was very helpful. I arrived four hours early and they still accommodated me while still cleaning the apartment it took my bags up. Help me get check in really fast and getting in and out of the home was super simple.
