  Great apartment, painful check-in

  Property is in a pretty good location, the gym and pool are fantastic, the apartment itself is very nice and well furnished.

  Could be better: Although the people at reception tried to be helpful, I found checking in to be quite an ordeal. I turned up slightly early and was told that they could not retrieve my booking and there was no record, then I tried contacting the people I rented off directly, and communication was a little slow, then I wanted to leave my bags at reception so I could go somewhere to wait and only after asking a few times they said I could leave them outside the apartment upstairs. I understand there is a policy but leaving one suitcase behind reception doesn’t seem like that big a deal. When I was eventually able to check-in, the lockbox didn’t work and they had to give me a code for the door, which added another 20 minutes onto me getting inside the actual apartment. The apartment itself was fantastic, but the check in process was painful

  Dans l’ensemble tout était parfait

  L’emplacement était magnifique, l’appartement était propre et bien aménagé

  Could be better: J’ai pas eu assez d’explications, pendant 3 jours je me suis lavé avec de l’eau froide car je ne savais pas qu’il fallait appuyer sur un bouton pour obtenir de l’eau chaude! Et il faisait assez froid dans la chambre

  موقع جميل متوفر فيه كل شيء تحته امنه اطلالتها لطيفه ياخذون التأمين ويرجعونه بسرعة فيها كل الخدمات داخل الشقة المطبخ مجهز وفيها غسالة و فيها مكنسة كهرب وسجادة صلاة و ادوات تنظيف رغم صغرها الا انها مجهزه
