  Fin lägenhet, dåligt återkoppling av bnbmehomes, jätte dåliga på att svara!!

  Bra läge nära till butiker nära marina.

  Could be better: Iskallt i lägenheten taket på badrum lossnade och träffade mina barn.

  Unfortunately, my experience with this stay was disappointing. The listing indicated that a parking spot would be provided, but none was available upon arrival. I had to park outside, and while the host covered only two hours of parking, I ended up receiving a traffic fine due to the lack of proper arrangements. Communication with the host was slow and unhelpful. I felt unsupported and left to deal with the situation on my own, without alternative solutions being offered. Additionally, the photos on the listing appear to be enhanced and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the apartment. The carpet in the master bedroom was damp, and the bathroom ceiling showed signs of significant damage and appeared close to collapsing. Overall, I expected a much better level of service. This was not a pleasant stay for me.

As the previous guest had misplaced the parking card, we arranged a temporary solution by covering RTA parking for two hours, and the replacement card was delivered the next day. The parking fine was also reimbursed after checkout. Our team attempted to follow up on the matter, though we did not receive a response at the time. We regret any inconvenience caused and remain committed to improving our processes to ensure a smoother experience for our guests.

  Je ne recommande pas ce logement. Nous avons été très déçus et dupés par l'annonce.

  Le confort de la literie, la magnifique vue donnant sur le lac

  Could be better: Un voyage en famille pour mes 50 ans qui ne s'est pas déroulé comme je l'espérais. La piscine était en rénovation donc hors d'usage et rien n'était mentionné dans l'annonce sur Booking. Notre contact bandbme sur place semblait dire que c'était la faute de booking qui n'avait pas mis à jour l'annonce. Nous avons appris cela à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû payer chaque jour l'accés à une piscine extérieure. Totalement inacceptable car nous avions choisi ce logement en raison de la jolie piscine sur le rooftop. Les enfants étaient très très décus. De plus , le frigo ne fonctionnait pas malgré le passage à 2 reprises du technicien. Nous n'avons donc pas pu faire de courses alimentaires. Même les boissons n'étaient pas fraiches. Les 2 salles de bain nécessitent urgemment une rénovation, la douche fuyait.

Unfortunately, this was beyond our control, and we were unable to advertise it in advance.Our apologies on the same.For the fridge, our maintenance team inspected and repaired the unit, providing before-and-after photos. However, we regret that it did not meet your satisfaction.Regarding the shower leakage, no such issue was reported during your stay, but we will have our team check the unit to ensure everything is in order.We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us enhance our guest experience.
