  Amazing, clean appartment, the Lady helped me a lot to do the reservation in the last minutes, she was proactive helpful. I really apreciate her support and help with very clear instructions. Thank you and for sure will be back again to this lovely appartment

  Ultimate Stay are the best property letting agents I have experienced in Dubai. The property itself was habitable, although we didn’t get to the bottom of a damp smell which I did find off putting. Finally, being next to the communal recycling/bin room does create a little disturbance.

  Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The apartment fully matched the description and photos — exactly as shown. The place was very clean and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping and thorough cleaning. Communication with the host was outstanding: quick responses, clear instructions, and a very friendly attitude. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely choose this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended
